How can I gain access to She + Sky website?

Our website is a wholesale only B2B site, and is not open to the public.

 

Website access for retail shopping is not available at this time. Please register and provide your business information, including a valid business license or seller’s permit. Website access will not be provided without this information. Please give us 1-2 business day to review and activate your account.

What do I do if I forget my user ID and password?

If you know the email address you registered with, but have forgotten your password, you can click “Forgot my Password” to be sent a reset link.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover only)

You can update your card information online once you log into your account.

 

Are you charging my card for my online order once I checkout?

Once your order is processed, your card will be temporarily authorized for the merchandise subtotal plus a shipping estimate for the styles that are ready to ship. Once your packages are finalized, and with the exact shipping costs, the payment will be processed for your invoice total amount.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If an order cancellation is necessary, please email us at online@sheandsky.com within 5 business days of placing the order. Please keep in mind that orders often shipped out same day, and some cancellations may not be made if the order has already shipped.

 

What is your returns policy and procedure?

Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents immediately. We will only consider return requests for damaged and miss-shipped items. We require a Return Authorization Form to be filled out for any return requests and it must be submitted within 21 days of receiving your merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and without an RA number.

Is there a minimum that needs to be purchased?

We do not set a minimum amount that needs to be purchased. However, our merchandise comes pre-packaged in packs of six pieces per style/color.


What sizes do you carry?

We carry Small (0-2), Medium (4-6), Large (8-10), XL (12-14), 1X (16-18) and 2X (20-22).

 

What is a pre-pack?

A pre-pack is six pieces per style/color and usually the ratio is (2-2-2). Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to the pre-pack, i.e. reduce quantity or exchange sizes.

 

Does She + Sky sell broken packs?

Our Open Pack Outlet section has styles you can purchase broken packs by size.

 

Can you hold my merchandise that is in stock until I'm ready to take it?

We cannot hold merchandise that is ready to ship. Because our inventory is constantly changing, we recommend taking your merchandise as soon as it becomes available to ship as we are unable to hold or guarantee.

 

Can I combine multiple orders or add additional items to my order once it has been placed?

Please note that once your order is submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. You may add additional items to your order, but this may delay the shipping of your order. Please contact us (online@sheandsky.com or 323-262-8001) to discuss.

 

The item I want is out of stock. What can I do now?

You can contact us via e-mail or phone (online@sheandsky.com or 323-262-8001). We can check to see if a few pieces are still available.

 

What is a Pre-order? What is Back Order?

Some of the styles on our website are not in stock, but an order can be placed for them before they arrive, which would be. a Pre-order. When checking out, you will not be charged for your Pre-order styles until they are ready to ship on a future date, which is shown in red. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays. Often our Best Sellers are Pre-order styles, due to selling out and having pending orders awaiting the next shipment. If your order has both In stock & Pre-order styles, the In stock styles will ship out right way, and the remaining styles left are what we call your Back order. Back orders will remain on your account until available to ship, and you can expect your Back orders to be fulfilled.

 

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

We do not. We only add shipping cost charges to your order.

 

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes, we add shipping costs to every box that is shipped. The freight cost depends on the weight of the box and the destination. You may provide us with your UPS account information if you would like the shipping cost to the be billed directly to you.

 

How soon will my order be shipped?

Online orders placed Monday - Friday before 2PM PST will be shipped via UPS the same day. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped the following business day. Please keep in mind, issues with declined payments or incorrect addresses will cause a delay. 

 

How do I change the shipping address?

Please make the changes when you check-out. This is very important. We want to make sure your order ships to the correct address which may be different from your billing address or your previous shipment address.

 

What is the procedure to ship internationally?

We ship using UPS domestically and internationally, but because of the high cost of using UPS internationally, most of our customers have set up a freight forwarder for their orders.

 

How often are the styles updated?

We update our styles and inventory daily, so it's best to visit our website every day to see our newest additions.

 

Can I use the pictures on your website?

The pictures are only available to registered customers who have access to our website.  We welcome our customers to use our photos for marketing and sales purposes; But we do ask that you download all the photos at the time you place your order, as many of the photos may no longer be available on the website by the time you physically receive your goods.
