Website Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding Major holidays.
Orders placed by 2pm PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. This excludes delivery orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped default via UPS. Standard UPS shipping rates will apply.
Please inform us if you have your own UPS account you’d like us to use.
Cost varies depending on the size and weight of box and destination.

Local Delivery is an option for destinations within a 1 mile radius of our Corporate Office, some exclusions apply.
Please contact us directly to verify if delivery is available to your desired destination and please note same day deliveries are not an option at this time.
Returns
Once you receive your merchandise, please check the contents immediately.We will only consider return requests for damaged and miss-shipped items.
We require a Return Authorization Form to be filled out for any return requests
and it must be submitted within 21 days of receiving your merchandise.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and without an RA number.
